The Winter Reset is designed to feel structured, yet casual.
Each day moves with intention, while still allowing room to breathe, connect, and fully be present.

Day One

Arrive + Settle + Connect

Arrival is intentionally unhurried.
A soft transition into the weekend, with time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin connecting with the women around you.

The evening is designed to feel relaxed and natural.
A gentle opening into conversation, connection, and the energy of the space.


Check-In

5:00 - 7:00pm

Light refreshments, welcome gifts, relaxed energy, and space to settle in and ground yourself.


Opening Conversation

7:00-7:30 pm

A guided conversation centered around who you are right now, what you’ve been building, and what you’re stepping into next.


Dinner

7:30 - 8:30pm

A casual, shared meal designed for connection and ease


Evening Wind Down

Time to unwind and connect naturally.
Fireside conversations, quiet moments, games, hot tub relaxing, or simply moving at your own pace.


Day Two

Reset + Grow + Create

The day begins slowly.
Space to think, write, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into deeper conversation.

As the day unfolds, clarity begins to take shape.
Through shared perspectives, guided reflection, and collaborative moments, you begin to see what’s next more clearly.

This is where structure meets openness.
Time to be supported, time to create, and time to collaborate.

9:00 - 10:00am

A casual, unhurried start to the day.
Coffee, light breakfast, and space to ease into the morning at your own pace.


Solo Reflection Time

10:00 -11:30am

Time to journal, think, and reconnect with yourself.
A quiet window to process where you are and what you’re moving toward.


Lunch and Group Conversation

12:00 - 1:30pm

A shared meal paired with open, thoughtful conversation.
An opportunity to hear new perspectives and expand how you’re seeing things.


Creative & Connection Block

2:00 - 6:00pm

An open, flexible block designed for both creation and connection.
You’re free to move between experiences based on what you need most in the moment.

Options may include:
• Photoshoots
• Content creation
• Peer-led workshops and skill sharing
• One-on-one conversations
• Rest, journaling, or quiet time
• Exploring the space or stepping outside

This time is intentionally unstructured, allowing space for both productivity and presence.


Dinner

6:00 - 7:30pm

A relaxed, shared meal to reconnect and reset before the evening


Vision Session

7:30pm - Onward

An evening centered around where you’re going next.
Through guided prompts, group conversation, and optional hot seat coaching, you’ll gain clarity on your next level and the steps to begin moving toward it.


Day Three

Commitment + Accountability + Close

The final day is about integration.
Taking what you’ve uncovered and turning it into something you can carry forward.

A space to reflect, commit, and create gentle structure around what comes next.
Through intentional conversations and built-in accountability, you leave feeling supported, clear, and grounded in your next steps.

A relaxed, easy morning to gather, connect, and ease into the final day together.

Brunch


10:30 - 12:00pm

A guided space to reflect on what you’re leaving with and what comes next.

Together, we’ll turn clarity into action by defining your next steps, setting timelines, and creating intentional accountability through aligned partnerships or small groups.

Closing Session


12:00 - 1:00pm

Time for photos, packing up, goodbyes, and a close to the experience.
